an american customer tried to order whisky from my shop, and this is against Paypal rules, they say, sorry

During the last 4 weeks we had a lot of new customers from Japan. A very warm welcome. Of course we are able to deliver parcels to asian countries. We ship by DHL. If required in 2 - 4 days. And we ship economy in 4-7 days for 49,90 Euro. Up to 5 big bottles fit in one parcel.
